Procedure followed in decision-making process

Flow Process Chart for issue of Food Card.

 

            On receipt of letters, the same are placed before the Secretary for perusal, the Dealing Assistant put, then the letter on the concerned file subsequently describing the subject matter in detail and submit it to the Secretary, Deogarh R.M.C. Then the Secretary submit the file to Sub-Collector-cum-Chairman, Deogarh R.M.C. for order /necessary action.
