Procedure followed in decision-making process

[Section 4(I0 (b)(iii)]

            On receipt of a letter the Dealing Assistant put a diary number on it and put the letter on the concern file describing the subject matter in detail and submits it to the Head Clerk. The Head clerk then submit the file to the Officer-in- Charge who will in turn submit it to the Additional District Magistrate. After due observation the Additional District Magistrate submit the file to the Collector & District Magistrate for orders.
