1. Aims & Objective of the Organisation : Rural Water Supply and Sanitation.

Provide safe drinking water to Rural People through hand pump and pipe water supply scheme including Rural Sanitation Programme.
3. Brief history and background its establishment :
The R.W.S.S. Sub-Division Office started function w.e.f. from 15.01.1993 after creation of under Sambalpur District.

Provide safe drinking water to Rural People through hand pump and pipe water supply scheme including Rural Sanitation Programme for Rural Areas with School and Anganwadi Sanitation.
6. Duties to be performed to achieve the mission :
i. Supervision & Monitoring of original work and repair maintenance work.
ii. Supervision and Monitoring of TSC Activities.
7. Details of service rendered : Provide Safe Drinking Water for Rural People

Procedure followed in decision making process
(Section 4(I0(b)(iii))
The procedure can be described both in narrative form and through Flow Process Chart. In narrative form the stages through which a proposal passes, the levels at which it gets examined and the final authority to which it has to go for approval may be explained.
The Flow Process Charts can give a comprehensive process as may be seen from the following illustration of disposal of letters.
